These terms explain how we work with you when you book a clean with Cadence Clean Ltd. By booking our services you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
We provide a clear price before any work begins, based on the information you give us about the property and the service required. If the job turns out to be significantly different from what was described, we may need to adjust the price, and we will always talk to you before doing so.
Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, a price and the work to be carried out. We will do our best to arrive within the agreed time and will let you know as soon as possible if anything changes.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if we arrive and cannot get access to carry out the work, we may charge up to 50 percent of the booking value to cover the time we have set aside.
Please make sure we can access the property at the agreed time, and let us know about anything we should be aware of, such as pets, alarms, fragile items or areas you would prefer we did not touch. If we cannot gain access, we may need to charge for the visit.
We take pride in every clean and aim to leave your space to a high standard. If something is not right, please tell us within 24 hours and we will return and clean the affected areas again, free of charge. Our promise is to put things right rather than to offer cash refunds.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer. For regular and commercial clients, we usually invoice for the work, with payment due within 7 days of the invoice date.
We are fully insured and carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Please tell us about any existing damage or delicate items before we start, as we cannot take responsibility for issues that were already present or for items we were not told about. If you believe we have caused damage, please let us know within 24 hours so we can look into it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
Please provide a safe working environment and let us know of any hazards in advance. Where we use your own products or equipment at your request, we cannot be responsible for the results or for any damage they cause.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
